While you'll have plenty of things to organise and think about, including which flowers to have, who to invite, who your bridesmaids will be, and of course your wedding dress, at some point you'll turn your attention to how you will look on the big day. Everybody wants to look their absolute best on their wedding day – with all eyes on you that's completely natural – and at Movehability we just love to help people achieve their dreams.

We will take into consideration your current body shape, and even the dress you have chosen, to ensure that we create a wedding programme that is completely designed to produce the results that you desire.
Every bride is different, with unique concerns and goals, which is why every single wedding programme at Movehability is tailored for each individual. We will work with you on posture correction because while there is nothing more beautiful than a bride who walks down the aisle with the perfect posture, this is also one of the key starting points for all training programmes at Movehability. Good posture will result in pain-free movement, making your training more effective, which will produce faster results.
Our wedding programmes naturally focus on making you look lean and defined in a subtle and beautiful way. We will work on tightening your waist, as well as creating tone and definition in your arms, hips, shoulders, and back... all of the areas that are usually under the spotlight on a wedding day! Of course, if you have your own specific goals, such as weight loss, we can also incorporate these too, as each wedding programme is completely bespoke.

Some future brides may also have special conditions that require exercise management to be factored in before embarking on a wedding programme, such as arthritis, cardiovascular disease, or diabetes. At Movehability we specialise in helping people with all kinds of conditions through fitness programmes tailored for their precise needs, so you can rest assured that we will be able to create the right wedding programme for you.
Training programmes after your wedding
While it's great to have a goal to work towards, such as a wedding, training for everyday health is also vital. Many of the brides that we train like to continue their fitness journey with Movehability after their wedding day because they enjoy seeing the changes they can make to their health, fitness, and appearance. It is also often the case that this new chapter in life opens different doors, such as beginning a family, which is another area where we can help, through our tailored ante-post natal fitness programmes.
