We will specifically design a personalised programme adapted to your needs and the goals that you would like to achieve. Personalized online training
This level is perfect for those who need a closer approach to personal training, with the professional support, guidance and knowledge of a personal trainer but without one-to-one training sessions. This works well for those who aren't based close to us in London, but who still want to benefit from the Movehability methodology.
After an initial discussion and consultation, we will provide a bespoke personal training programme that is designed for you to achieve your own goals. We will be on hand regularly to provide support and advice via email, as and when required.
Hybrid custom training . Subscription PREMIUM
This works well for those who need a closer approach to their personal training. You can take advantage of the professional online support and guidance that the Basic package offers, but with the added benefit of a one-to-one training session once a month.
The Premium package is great for those who have the motivation to follow a bespoke personal training programme using the Movehability method, but who want that extra push from their own personal trainer once a month to help take their training to the next level.
Hybrid custom training. Subscription DELUXE
Those who need a much closer approach to their personal training really benefit from the Deluxe package. This offers all of the online professional support and guidance but with the added benefit of a one-to-one training session once a week.
This works well for those with a busy lifestyle who want to follow a bespoke personal training programme using the Movehability method, but who also need a little more support, guidance and motivation on a weekly basis. The Deluxe package is highly recommended for those with a special condition that requires exercise management or those with a very specific goal, such as an upcoming wedding or fitness event.
